How do you ship your products?
Our mirrors are shipped in a crate with custom foam padding. We ship freight with a variety of companies based on the location of the shipment.
Is the price of packaging or crating included in the price of the product?
Packaging and crating is not included in the cost of products. In general, crate rates can range from $150.00 to $400.00 depending on the size. Shipping can range from $300.00 to $1,500.00 depending on location and overall weight of the crate. Please contact us to obtain pricing before you place your order.
Do you offer installation or storage?
We offer white-glove delivery and installation within the five boroughs of New York City only for additional charge. Rates depends on location and complexity of the mirror design. Standard rates are $275.00 per hour for installations.
Sorry, we do not offer storage of any kind.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your product is damaged upon receipt, make sure to document all damages immediately by taking pictures. Do not discard packaging material. Request that the carrier issue an inspection report, then share your photos and notes of damages with us at hello@mirrorscollective.com.
Will my shipment be insured?
M.CO insures all shipments, no matter the provider or destination.
Will my shipment be trackable?
Once we ship your product, we will follow up with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment.
