Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel an order that is placed online within 24 hours from the time of order. Please email us at hello@mirrorscollective.com if you would like to do so. We do not offer cancellations for custom or rush orders. We charge a 5% cancellation fee on order cancellations.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange the item within 10 days of receiving the shipment. We will not cover shipping, and will charge a 15% restocking fee. Make sure to ship the order back to us in its original packaging with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Mirrors Collective is not responsible for the cost of return shipments. We will refund your order only after the returned item was received and inspected. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sample sale items or custom orders. We do not offer refunds.


What if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your product is damaged upon receipt, make sure to document all damages immediately by taking pictures. Do not discard packaging material. Request that the carrier issue an inspection report, then share your photos and notes of damages with us at hello@mirrorscollective.com.
